Fabulous experience with the friendly, helpful, skilled team at the San Clemente location! They were able to replace the screen on my S23 Ultra in a few hours, and it's held up perfectly in the few weeks since the repair. When they realized that they had made a mistake by not notifying me that the side panels of the replacement they had in stock were black instead of pink, they offered to obtain the correct color from another store and placed a screen protector on the black one so I had use of the phone in the meantime. I love that I found an honest local business that tries to do right by their customers. I will hopefully not need their services again soon but will certainly recommend them to others! Thank you for a great experience.

The More Than A Fix guys have been very helpful over the years. I've been using their service since the 2000-teens and they have been helpful, honest and competitive with pricing. But what stands out the most to me is that they uphold their warranty. In my most recent fix with them- I believe I've had four fixes over the years now- There was a defect in a repair, and my screen became wonky after Nine months I called them and they encourage me to come in no problem and honor their warranty in the repair.

This is the second time they have fixed shattered glass on the back of my phone. I called first to be sure they had the glass in stock for my phone's model and color since they advised last time that sometimes they may need to order a specific color. I appreciate their polite professionalism even when they're super busy. The work is done exactly on time at the exact price quoted.

I had a phone conversation about the problems I was having with my desktop and they were able to troubleshoot my possible problems over the phone. When I brought my computer in to the shop they explained in detail and answered all my questions and were able to give me a couple options. The update, communication kept me updated and I had my computer back in 24 hours. Awesome job on the work that was done, very friendly and honest. Highly recommend them for your computer needs.
