THEIR PROMPT, KIND SERVICE IS THE BEST! iTechCare247 monitors and remotely updates my computers and they have kept the computers virus free since using their services. Professional and Proficient Paul and iTechCare 24/7 is a must for ALL! Paul has been my home computer guy for over 15 years. Starting out with making home visits to now diligently working from behind the scenes by monitoring and remotely updating my computer making sure it is fully protected from viruses and whatever else lurks out there in the deep dark computer world. If something does go amiss, Paul is quick to respond and helps me resolve my computer issue. If you don't have something like this in place, I highly recommend that you call Paul.
