He has been a stelar professional and a kind, friendly, patient, and an exceptional human being. He recently spent a whole day and followed up on issues in dissolving my sister's company. It was a difficult and time consuming project that neither my sister nor I could have EVER been able to do without Michael and it was a project that had to be done as it was time of her to retire. I cannot say enough to really describe the wonderful person Michael is both professionally and personally. My sister and I owe him an abundance of gratitude. He has been helping her for years and remained a loyal friend and advisor. Michael is a rarity in his profession and I would consider any client lucky to have him.

Compunet Technologies has always been responsive to our needs. It can take a while to get a call back from the Help Desk, but whenever we get a technician on the line, we get the help we need. The owner, Michael Leonard has always been very attentive to our needs, giving us his personal attention at times. After several attempts to remotely find the right combination of display screens to handle our needs in the media booth at our church, we got it. It was Saturday evening, we needed to have our system working for Sunday morning. The Help Desk tech worked with us for over an hour. He patiently listened and tried various combinations until we were satisfied and everything worked great on Sunday morning. The powerpoint presentation showed up on the TV screens and on the YOLO streaming device. The apps on the desktop were working on the primary screen as we wanted. The embedded video in the powerpoint worked because the tech showed us how to click the picture instead of the play button and the video played. The tech gave us a lesson on how to use the R and L arrow keys to move a picture over to the screen on the R or the L. It was an eye-opening keyboard shortcut. We were very pleased. Mary and Dave
