This review was also posted on Yelp. Called this company explaining that I needed data extracted from a dead Surface Pro 4. A guy on a motorcycle shows up and says he's going to try and turn it on and that the data extraction device is rather large and doesn't fit on the back of a motorcycle. So after attempting to turn it on, he concluded that the laptop was dead and that the office would call me back in 24-48 hours to send someone out to do the data extraction. I already told them it was dead when I called and explained I needed data extraction services. Well of course they didn't call back and well past 48 hours, I called back and was told again I would receive a call. I verified my cell and they ended up calling the number I specifically instructed them NOT to call. I called back the next day and after being placed on hold for a long time, they told me that they really don't do data extraction on Surface Pro computers. So basically, they wasted a whole week of my time. Also what is laughable is the tech that showed up on a motorcycle, after he failed to turn my computer on, he kept offering me an annual or monthly subscription package for their repair service. Why would I sign up with them if they can't even send the right person out? A full refund was given. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED GEEKS ON SITE!
