I was having problems with my computer's suuuuuuppppeeerrr slow start up. BigO was able to login remotely and address the issues in no time. Computer was running much faster (from a 20 minute start up to about 2 minutes). They suggested an upgrade to an SSD hard drive and more RAM and now I am up and running in less than 30 seconds! 5 stars!!! If you are having computer issues definitely give these guys a call! They saved my sanity.
