Hi, I love our IT team at MAAC. Whenever we send a ticket, we get help right away or as soon as possible. Not only when we send a ticket, but also in person, Meredith and Marc are always willing to help us if they are available. And they follow up with the instructions too (if it was done virtually), to see if we get it done. Our IT team is accountable, they quietly support us anytime we need help. I love it. I had a very good experience with Travis too, helping me with my laptop remotely. Thank you so much. We appreciate your help.
