Jojo's work ethics has played an important role in the performance of the computer which was compromised through an email received yesterday. I had a nasty virus. It was annoying and very determined to not be destroyed. Henri was familiar with the virus. He was very skillful, and went to great pains to outsmart the virus. He was fantastic! I have used System Mechanic/Iolo for 20+ years. The people that I have spoken with all this time are always polite and are very knowledgeable about the programs. For the very few times that a rep did not have the answer (very few) they are not afraid to go and get the info needed. Unfortunately, I cannot make up problems to have a reason to call them as that would not be fair. If you get a representative like Earvin, you will know what I mean. Keep up the good work people!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I signed up in august of last year only paying for the software option so I could clean the malware off of my pc. I opted out of the live tech option because it was going to be an additional $50 which I had no use for. Come to find out they auto renewed the service on their own AND ADDED THE LIVE TECH OPTION THEMSELVES. I got charged $54 for a service I said no to originally on top of my monthly $20 charge. Mind you they also charged this a month early from my start date of the initial subscription. Today when I went to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund due to this they tell me it's against policy and won't be giving me a refund for that additional charge. I was fine with paying for the services I had wanted but charging a customer for a service they said no to and hoping they won't notice is scummy and illegal. DON'T USE THEM.
