Terrible experience with GetMyDrivers. Signed up in May 2025, tried to cancel the same day-was told I couldn't. They kept charging me monthly despite repeated calls. No refund, no cancellation. Had to dispute charges through my credit card. Still dealing with it. Do not trust this company. They're dishonest and make cancellation nearly impossible.

Would not recommend, their program ushers you into subscription and provides little to no details afterwards. Their program itself is intuitive so this is obviously by design to keep taking your money.

I am extremely satisfied with US Tech Support. you are able to contact them anytime of day or night. 7 days a week. YEAH! Many times the first tech you speak to can help you with an issue. Or you will be transferred to a tech that can help. Sometimes you have to wait for the 2nd advanced tech to help. But they will give you a time frame when to expect a call back. I LOVE that this can be done at home, and I don't have to drop off the computer at Computer place for support with a problem. One time my screen was totally black. Could not use the computer. I called them and they were able to get into the computer and correct the problem. YEAY!!!! I highly recommend this company. I am not a commuter Geek by any means. They are worth the money to have peace of mind knowing that they can fix my computer.

The app was good for what it does. The issue I had was with cancelling. I made sure to read the fine print and cancelled the support right away. However, when I tried to cancel the subscription 3 times, the first 2 agents kept telling me to wait since my subscription was a yearly one and kept doing advertising instead of cancelling. The 3rd agent, after further convincing from me told me the subscription is cancelled. I have proof of this, screenshots taken btw. Then I got an email saying the subscription will renew and I had to call in. On the call 18 minutes of everything but cancelling, for them to finally cancel at the end. Not to mention that when I asked how I can cancel online, they refused to tell me and just said contact us. Never again.
