They are very high tech. This was the first IT company that I work with that had the ability to remote take over the company's computer. It was both scary and amazing, all at the same time. But being on the phone with the technician, who walked me through every step of the way, definitely helped to put me at ease. When needing IT assistance, they allow you to schedule them and when the time comes, if you don't answer the first time, they call a few minutes later. They don't forget about you. And when you need things done, usually, they can take care of the issue within minutes. Really find them super helpful.

AllSafe services our office and has always reached out in a timely manner to resolve my personal IT issues on my computer. I have had a positive experience with them and am grateful to have a resource to help troubleshoot the issues that I'm unable to resolve on my own. My only request would be that they work on scheduling more convenient times to service, to avoid interruption of workflow.
