Without a doubt, the best the desert has to offer in all things tech. Johnathan and staff could not have been more courteous and helpful. I of course had made a mess of two new computers, multiple ssd drives, various Time Machine discs etc. Ended with a three hour one on one session with Johnathan. He explained everything he had repaired and taught me how to do it correctly from now on. Thanks again J. SteveH ps: they do wonderful classes, check website for class schedules

I didn't end up getting my laptop fixed at iCreative because it would've been too expensive. I panicked and took it here because the nearby Apple Store didn't have an appointment that same day, but from the get-go, I was out $65 for "diagnostics," or to be told my laptop's display needed to be replaced -- something I could see for myself. At Apple, they don't charge for diagnostics. Additionally, I ended up spending $300 LESS of what I was quoted at iCreative for the fix at Apple. I understand Apple may have more resources to remain affordable/for speedier repairs, but price is a big factor to consider with our tech. devices. Both iCreative and Apple staff were polite, so not about that.

I had a Scheduled through apple online and they sent me here. I actually preferred this experience over the Genius Bar in the store. Brian was a wonder and went above and beyond the problem solving as well as just sincere kindness. The store is also beautiful and clean and have accessories for your computer as well. I will be going directly to them from now on. I don't live local and had to drive over an hour each way as I live by Joshua Tree and the professionalism made it worth it. Thank you!

I highly recommend iCreative for your computer maintenance, updates, etc. Jonathan was extremely patient with my "lack" of computer expertise and explained my computer issues and options in an understandable manner. I've taken my previous computers in for service and either didn't fully understand the issues or felt like the technician was talking to me in another language. The appointment setting and turn around time was excellent. The entire experience was a positive one and I know where I'll go next time I need computer service!
