Desert Tech Heating and Cooling is top notch. Scheduling was quick and easy, and the technicians always arrive on time. They are clearly well trained - not only in the work they do but also in how they explain things. The work is done quickly and they leave your home looking as if they hadn't been there at all - no mess. Pricing is fair and the service level is consistently excellent. Highly recommend!

Two thumbs up for Desert Tech. Scott came out and did a summer maintenance check on my air conditioning unit. He was polite and very thorough in explaining each step of the inspection process. The front office was also on top of scheduling the appointment. This was a good experience and I will use them again!

Desert Tech Air Conditioning is an outstanding company. They replaced the duck work in my house. They showed me how some of it was completely torn apart. I had asked other air conditioner companies to check and they said it was fine even though my summer bills were running were running from 8-10 thousand dollars for a 3100 sq ft house. The workmen were extremely conscientious and considerate.. I decided to keep them for all my air conditioning work. They are meticulous, friendly, and reliable. All in all, just are great people to work with. I highly recommend them.

Desert Tech Air Conditioning has been my go to for air conditioning service for almost ten years. I trust their technicians will give me an honest assessment regarding repairs or new equipment unlike other a/c companies that always seem to want to pad the charge with extras you don't need. They came to my rescue last week when on a hot day my condo a/c stopped cooling. I noticed this in the evening and the next morning I phoned Desert Tech at 6:18 am, hoping to leave a message they could listen to as soon as they opened at 8 am to make an appointment for service. Instead of a machine I got the owner answering my call with a "hello". I explained I was without cooling and he said he would text the dispatcher immediately so she could call me back with an appointment. I asked if I'd hear from her at 8 am and he said "no..she'll be contacting you shortly ". She phoned me at 6:25 am and got me scheduled that day between 3 and 5 pm. The tech arrived early at 2:30 pm, diagnosed the problem immediately (capacitor) and recommended a hard start kit to prevent the problem from happening again. I was so relieved to get my a/c running again that same day. I never fail to recommended Desert Air to my condominium neighbors and many of them have taken my advice and have also been very satisfied.l
