They did an awesome job. We tried many other computer repair shops to get our data. We even went as far as Palm Springs. No one was able to get our data. It was hectic we were really stressed out and everyone was telling us that we have to ship our laptop out of state to get the data recovered. I was not doing that. Im so glad these guys were able to help me. They are a hidden gem for sure. The cost was a bit expensive but it was definitely worth it.

Our gaming computer would not start up. It was a custom built that was just out of warranty. It had a liquid cooling custom install and it needed some expert hands. Desert Computers did their job and we got our computer back fast. The price was worth it too since we paid well over $5,000 for our machine.

My gaming machine was not working at all. It was a really expensive gaming laptop that cost me over $5,000. I was hesitant because that same week I took it to two other places they quoted me over $1,000 to repair it and charged me to look at it. These guys were super honest and seem to know alot about my brand of laptop and even told me what the possible scenarios would be. They told me the exact symptoms that I was having without looking at my computer. They took really good care of me and got me my computer back running. If i ever need computer repair or my help with my phone repair I will be coming back.

We had an issue in our office where we didn't have any internet at all. Every single device and computer in our office was down. Matt came into the office and right away figured out that our firewall was down and broken. He unhooked it and within 20 minutes brought our office back online. We were down for hours and hours. If it wasn't for Matt we would have been in big trouble as we had big projects due. Desert computers is now setting us up with a whole new network and server.

Jessica was nice but she did not seem to know what she was doing. She kept asking me questions that was not related to my custom desktop build. The technician in the back was amazing. He knew exactly what he was doing. He fixed my problem the same day and knew what to ask.
