If I could give zero stars I would. I called the Oxnard location and whoever runs that phone line is so u professional. I was calling for a simple question and he kept speaking over me, cutting me off, rushing me and was rude and sarcastic. He ended up hanging up on me as well. Such a shame because we recently just switched to frontier after being with spectrum from 2 years. Horrible customer service.

Would love to speak to a manager about how terribly rude BILLY from this store was. Absolutely horrible customer service. Hung up on me one time before when I asked him a simple question. I called back and he told me not to call again after I told him I had no luck with his first solution he provided. I simply asked if he knew of a specific location I could call regarding internet services because the website was not working. Would love to contact a higher up about this horrible staff member. Also, this location, per google maps, states it is an "internet service provider" and I was told by Billy that this location only provides phone sales so I should stop calling. I genuinely hope that call was recorded because he should not be working in customer service. If this is the customer service Frontier provides I will not be a customer here.

Horrible service. First off no one to speak with. Have to use Chat. Secondly they get the wrong person's account with mine. The reason for reaching is my program is Buffering!!! Plus impossible to work with!! No Frontier Offices in my area. Be forewarned, avoid at all costs!!!
