I have been going to NCSTec for years for my computer needs. Neil is very knowledgeable in everything about computers and beyond. He diagnoses the problems easily and always successfully solves the issues quickly. He is always current with new technologies. Don't go to those big computer stores where they work slow and charge you high costs. Also you don't know who would repair your computer and what they would do to your confidential data. I do not trust anyone else but Neil at NCSTec for my computer repair and maintenance.

My whole family uses Neil. He is awesome. No matter what the problem is, he can take care of it in a very timely manner. He keeps himself informed about new software, viruses and equipment. All of our questions are always answered and he makes sure to recommend the best equipment when we are looking for computers, etc... He takes care of our business, Love N' Bloom in Huntington Beach, and our home computers for ourselves and our children. Unlike some computer repair person who only fix a few things when they review your computer, he will also let you know if there are additional things that you should think about and get done. I strongly recommend Neil to everyone with a computer (in your car or on your phone...).

I have been using Neil from NCS for about 5 years now. He does all of my office and personal computer repair and maintenance. Neil has never let me down. He seems to know everything computer. It is obvious that he keeps up with the latest news, virus, malware, etc. I have referred many of my colleagues to him and everyone is satisfied.
