The owner's honesty and humility shone brightly today when I brought in my crashed laptop, still under warranty. Despite the opportunity to profit by repairing it, they selflessly advised me to return it to the retailer, saving me money. Additionally, they offered guidance on retrieving my data. First off, I never write reviews, but with this place I feel like I need to. I also have never taken my computer to a place like this. I've always done everything myself, but after what I believed to be a short circuit, and my pc wouldn't turn back on, I was worried multiple components could be damaged and it was best to take it in. Hong was the one that helped me out, and let me tell you, he is THE MAN! He was kind, funny, quick, and genuine. I went in right before he closed so he said he'd take a look and call me. He called me just an hour after they opened the next day and told me exactly what was going on(I just had to get a new psu, which I was able to return to Amazon since I bought it a month ago). I brought the new power supply in and he installed it the same day. He made my wiring look amazing, because yes my cable management was trash when I brought it in. But I was stressed about this pc since I spent quite a bit of money on it recently, and Hong made me comfortable, confident, and ready to start gaming on my pc again, all for a more than fair price. I highly recommend this place and will be back if I have anymore issues in the future. Thanks again!
