Jonathan Nguyen, the main guy helping me with my case, was really cooperative with my data recovery. My job was not paying me on time, so I needed to wait a little bit to pay off the data invoice. Jonathan and the people I talked to understood this, and they allowed me to take my time with the situation until I was able to get paid and pay off the invoice. Usually, people are not this patient with customers if they take as long as I did, so the fact that they were able to be extremely patient with my situation and kept my data alive means a lot. If anybody were to read this I would highly recommend secure data if you have an issue like mine and still want your old data recovered. As much as I don't want my data to become corrupted like last time, if it ever were to happen I would surely come back to secure data for them to help me again.

Truthfully, I hope to never need the services of Secure Data Recovery, again! That would mean another hard drive crash, and I would absolutely hate that! However, should that ever happen to me or anyone I know in the future, I will be recommending Secure Data Recovery. They managed a full recovery of data from my 10+ year old hard drive.
