I was lucky enough to find Payam on Thumbtack while looking for a reliable PC repair individual. Payam responded to my message and provided me with the information I needed to visit his office. When I was finally ready to visit, I dropped off my PC and Payam promised it within a few days. Two days later my PC was ready. Payam did an excellent job and provided me with tips to help prevent the issue from reoccurring. Payam was patient and knowledgeable and made the entire repair process a breeze. He is fairly priced and does excellent repair work. Thank you Payam!

Payam at PC Max Solutions was super helpful! He was able to diagnose the issue we had with the motherboard very quickly. (Interrupted updating of the BIOS) We were there at the end of the day on a Friday and he was able to take the motherboard out of the computer for me to replace very quickly. He offered for me to bring the replacement at 9am the next morning so that my son could have his new build pc back with updated drivers before his soccer game that day at 11am! Amazing customer service and my son was so happy to have his computer back and working. Thanks so much, Payam!

One of the worst feelings in the world is when your computer breaks and you have no idea where to go. Luckily, Payam was the solution to not just some, but all of my problems. Brought in my son's laptop and he was able to diagnose, source the parts, and quickly fix everything. On top of that, he even cleaned the outside of my son's gross laptop! Even though the location is close to the beach, parking was easily available on the street - even during the summer. Would highly recommend - super professional, quick turnaround, and there was even a cute dog to pet on my initial visit.
