Great service! My laptop had many issues and instead of chasing them all they gave me alternatives and didn't charge me for the extra work they did (even parts). Alex was awesome to work with and they cloned my hard drive to a new laptop and now I'm up an running as if nothing happened. Highly recommended!

These guys are AWESOME! My computer screen "died" on my "all in one" desktop computer and there was no way for me to retrieve any of my documents photos. A friend recommended Orange County Computer, Inc. in Lake Forest, so I called them. They were very helpful and told me they could transfer everything on my hard drive to my new lap top computer. I dropped off my old computer and my new one, and they did the transfer for me. It was super convenient and only $85. These guys are great and I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks!!!

My Acer laptop (7 yrs old) recently died and these pros got it backed up, replaced the HDD with a new SSD and I lost nothing! It was second time they have saved my data in past 10 years and I highly recommend them to anyone having very slow computer issues (before it is too late). THeir prices are reasonable too.

Alex and the team at OC Computer have been outstanding. We have a small business with a substantial amount of secure data that needed to be protected. The switch from a dedicated server to OC Cloud has been a game changer and huge time saver on our side. Worth every penny for the convenience and security. In the few instances when we have needed assistance, they are quick to answer my questions. Highly recommend.

Get the quote for ALL the work upfront, it cost me $645 to transfer data from a Windows 7 to a Windows 10 computer and they had the computer for 6 business days putting my business on hold for that length of time. The "diagnostic" price was $85, which I thought would be deducted from the final total, but was not, they charged me $280 to transfer 7 programs, which I paid with the understanding this was the entire cost $85 + $280, but when I went to pick up my computer, they told me I owed them an additional $280 because the programs had multiple years. They knew that, seems predatory practices to me. Will never use them again nor do I recommend them. When I first called them before I took the computer there, they told me a simple transfer was $125. Don't leave your computer unless you know exactly how much it will cost. I was shocked, I could have bought another computer for $645!
