I have utilized Zephyr Networks at several companies where I was responsible for the integrity and operation of the IT systems and they were stellar in their service every time! Each staff member was professional, knowledgeable and always available to meet my IT needs. I had a situation where the network had a hard crash and when Zephyr came in, they had a recovery plan documented and implemented it quickly and with extreme urgency to minimize down time. Zephyr also worked with us when it came time to upgrade our server equipment, defining our true system needs while keeping within cost parameters. I highly recommend Zephyr as they are capable for supporting both large and small organizations' IT needs.

Marc Winger and Eric Monroe, and the entire Z team at Zephyr Networks are all simply amazing. They spent the past 25 years quietly building their reputation by simply providing the best IT service and support to businesses throughout the greater Orange County area and across Southern California. They 're the best!

Zephyr Networks provided immediate support to our company ransomware attack in June of 2022. They methodically assessed the extent of the damage and systematically removed all traces of the ransomware bitlocker. on over 50 PC's and 4 servers. They installed new protection systems such as a Sonic Wall firewall and installed monitored security stacks on all company servers, desktops and laptops. Zephyr Networks is a top premier MSP in the industry. Joe Lusker CEO Advanced Powering Services, Inc.

We so appreciate the services of the Zephyr Networks team. Marc took much time in his weekend to get our internet back on track after an outage and ordered replacement parts quickly and as always was friendly and supportive!
