Paul with Development Guru has been a key factor in our company's success for the past 14 years. Paul customized our entire system and developed our website from scratch. He has always provided us with excellent 24/7 hour customer support. He is there to take care of any issues that may arise and does so in a very timely manner. Over the past 14 years, we have never had a breakdown. Our system has never crashed, and we owe that to Paul. By doing maintenance regularly and keeping up to date with all our equipment, our business has never been interrupted. I would recommend Paul and Development Guru to anyone in need of an IT/web professional. Paul is a great asset to any company!

His response time is great, his answers concise, and the issue gets resolved. Paul doesn't try to talk you into anything; he gives you the facts, in a way you can understand, he gives you options, and if appropriate, makes recommendations, so you can make an informed decision. No fluff.

Had Paul over to help us with our Internet issues, which we had been having for five years intermittently. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing, and by the time he left the Internet was working. He told me he was leaving for a trip the following day & to text him to let him know how it was going. We started having problems again. I texted, I called and tried to chat on his website with no response from any of them. Not sure what went wrong here, but we thought we had found the right person and now he has disappeared and will not return my calls or texts. Not professional
