I called upon Bill to help me with an issue with the connection of a printer to my network. The work was very urgent and important to me because I do important legal work from my home. Bill dropped everything he was going to come to my home the same day that I called at 6:00 p.m. He solved the problem quickly. His rates are much lower than other techs in the area. I recommend him highly !!!!

Highly skilled computer genie that not only repairs; but provides customers with a root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action plans! Computer issues internal to external matters resolved, within arms reach! I had both work laptops go down simultaneously m, and originally we thought to part them out would be end result.Understanding my situation and the urgency of project deadlines and finically coulf not afford to buy new ones, Bill worked on both that same night and got them up and running by the next day! Highly recommend!
