Jim has handled our personal and business IT needs for 10 years or more. There has NEVER been a problem he couldn't solve. You don't have to live locally to use him. He does everything remotely, and his prices are fair. He's an excellent technician and an honest and honorable man. I highly recommend Jim for your computer needs!

I found this dealer, Jim, on Google after trying several others to repair a new MacBook and my year and a half old Dell desktop. They couldn't be repaired but he able to save my data from both. My desktop data he able to transfer to another desktop for me and really upgraded my computer because now it was on a solid state (SS) computer which made life way better because it processes and uploads way faster. There is hardly any wait time for my computer to turn on, download or upload and I'm more efficient in my work now. He did what he said he can do and let know what he couldn't and he delivered my product back on time. A man who keeps his word means a lot to me. I'll definitely go back when I'm ready for another laptop or desktop.
