I had a wonderful experience with Brooks at Spherion in Goleta, CA - the placement process was very quick. I was placed in a temp-to-hire role that perfectly matched my skills, knowledge and experience and was a great fit for me and the salary range reflected my experience. The position I was working in opened as a permanent position. Brooks was incredibly supportive and encouraging of me when I was going through the hiring process, ensuring I was well-prepared for the job. We checked in with each other which was very helpful for me, and he even went over and beyond to help me prepare for the interview by doing mock interview questions.
