I went in to see if these guys could help me with a very simple install that I was a bit nervous to do myself for the first time. The kid at the front kept giving me some blah blah talk about how he needs to run full diagnostic and all this and that. It honestly felt like I was in a very shady mechanic repair shop. I'm so glad I did not have these guys rip me off. I grew the confidence and installed the parts myself and didn't even have to turn my computer on to do so. Whatever that kid was saying they had to do was completely unnecessary. Was hoping these guys would be cool and maybe I would find some computer friends but only found people trying to swindle me for my money. I will NEVER go to these guys.

Went in because my computer would not boot after an upgrade. Brady the intern at tech powered computers went above and beyond in addressing a lot of issues such as bios updates and a broken ram slot for an extremely reasonable price. Very transparent on pricing throughout the process and was very responsive to any questions I had during the repair since I was allowed to sit in on it to learn. Would recommend to anybody.

Do not go here , I asked for a simple repair which was to reinstall my cpu fan , little did I know , he didn't even install it back the right way , now my pc needs a new cpu fan . Also I never asked for my pc to be updated and it was impossible to get my pc pin changed , I had to hard reset my computer just to use it again , these guys suck don't recommend

Fantastic work! My pc was having issues running due to having a bad cpu and with them able to replicate the same issue and finding what the issue was, I could breath a sigh of relief and they were able to fix it in no time, just had to get an new cpu for them to install but overall was fantastic and easy to understand!
