Twintel has been instrumental in our IT set up and services. Recently, they oversaw our transition from Dropbox to Sharepoint, which was done seamlessly over two weekends with no downtime or impact on our staff. They also reviewed our phone system and without changing our service but having us pay for just what we actually need, they brought a 5k savings annually. They are extremely responsive and knowledgeable. If we have an urgent need, they respond immediately. They have also improved our cyber security. We are very thankful to be working with them.
