Customer services great, knowledgeable are low and non sense, taxes filed and debt with IRS, fist time ever have debt, he doesn't want to put my child's as dependent and 3 on school, went with other tax preparation and have to pay for amended file and now I have to wait more for resolution

Inexpensive quality service, he really knows what he is doing. He was great at explaining everything and not just handed documents to sign. He would make it clear where to sign and gave details on why my signature was required and go over items I was unsure of.
