I dropped off on a Monday, my laptop, I wanted my Lennox removed and windows put in. 7 days later, it was done at the promised original price quote on Yelp. They must be a little busy, or could use a little extra computer technician help for something that should only take a day or two to complete if they weren't busy. But, I got the laptop back , mission accomplished. Alls well that ends well.

Took in my old surface pro 4 I've had for +10 years..super slow and was a big headache to even turn on.. Edgar was super helpful, thorough with repairs and updates and extremely professional. I'm not very tech savvy and was a bit nervous on finding a good place but Hi-Tek Solutions did an OUTSTANDING job! If Edgar and team sees this, thank you guys so much!
