Their level of knowledge about how to support not just the cloud desktop instance, but our implemented software systems has been second to none. The teams are extremely quick and thorough any time we have asked for help. We've asked a lot of questions, and there wasn't a question they did not already have a detailed answer to. Accessing our applications is simple and secure. The applications are also quick and responsive just as if accessing on our local machines. If you have accounting/payroll/tax applications that need hosting, this is your company. Highly recommended.

We moved our accounting software to the cloud about five years ago. We chose GOTOMYERP based on another IT company's recommendation. They are VERY responsive to our emails, questions or concerns. I like that they take our security VERY seriously, not allowing any other third-party developer access without their involvement. I would highly recommend GOTOMYERP!
