It was my 4th place I called and the owner answered on the second ring. I asked if they worked on custom pcs and he ask me what was wrong with it and I told him and he knew exactly what was wrong with it. I brought it in and we spoke for a good 30 minutes while he was fixing the issus. The company is a great company and gets the job done. I had to come back while everything was being updated and installed because that's the lengthy process. But overall I recommend this company. The owner was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and showed no signs of frustration. I will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I had a particularly nasty operating system issue. Chris not only fixed it but went above and beyond to examine the machine and found some hardware that was no activated properly. Amazing, quick and friendly service, super knowledgeable and committed to his craft! Definitely recommend

I spilled liquid into my PC like an absolute idiot by accident that contained a lot of sugar. It almost bricked my pc and I was terrified because I didn't know what to do and I didn't know if my PC would even survive. I called 3 repair shops before calling this place and all of them said that I probably fried my PC and that I need to bring it in and they would charge me a bunch of money. This shop spoke to me for almost 30 minutes straight without paying a dime about the realistic possibility for damage and eased my mind, as well as told me step by step what I should do to save my PC as well as the warning signs that would prove irreversible damage. I fixed my pc based on what he told me and I am eternally grateful. My PC means the world to me. It is my most prized possession and I use it to escape reality for a little while at the end of the day when I just want to wind down: let me just say it simply, they saved me in my desperate time of need. I highly recommend them because they will help you and they will NOT bullshit you. If it's a simple fix they will tell you, and if it's genuinely something seriously wrong, they will tell you. There are no hidden fees and no "yeah you're gonna need a new this and that blah blah blah". They will explain everything in a way you will understand, and walk you through the steps of what to do if it is a relatively simple fix rather than charge you just to have a conversation.

Had Chris remove photos ( a lot of them) from my old desktop to my new MacBook. Turned out there was a problem with hidden files. He managed to solve the problem and download them manually. Very tedious process but he stayed with it and completed the process. Very grateful to him for his tenacity and saving my memories. Thank You Chris

Chris was great over the phone. I've actually spoke with him on two separate occasions on my son's new PC build. He helped me diagnose my issue over the phone and I was finally able to get my son's PC up and running. This was after someone else had seen the PC in person to diagnose the issue and could not figure it out. Really grateful for helping me finally get it done, this made my son's day for sure! Would recommend to anyone looking for help with their computer.
