Spoke with Cesar over the phone and could not have been a better experience. Super helpful in diagnosing the issue and offering solutions within budget. At the end, gave me the diagnosis over the phone, saving me time and money. You can tell that a person/business that is willing to help free of charge and offer solutions that don't directly benefit their wallet are good people.
