I spent 2 hours trying to fix issues and getting nowhere. Contacted and they cleaned things up in about 40 minutes while I did something else. Works great. Cost me $99. Was worth it. Additional offer of $199 per year to service all electronic devices for 1 year. Something I'm giving careful consideration to. 1 year of IT support for all devices for $199 sounds good to me.

Everybody on this team is super trained! I will never use anybody else for tech support. I had a lot of computer problems and other tech companies couldn't solve any of them. With the other companies I had to stay for hours on the phone line. This tech team is absolutely amazing! Jerry was super professional and resolved all my computer and printer issues right away in no time. Thank you Annansys for your prompt and excellent help!!!! Great experience!!!!!
