Brought my computer in a couple of months back because of a bad power supply. Got a call said the power supply fixed but video card is now bad. No issues prior with the video card. Had to buy another video card and had them installed. Computer hasn't been the same since. Very slow now. Hadn't needed to use my DVD player/burner until this evening and now realizing that no longer works. The only reason they are getting two starts is because they were polite. Otherwise, I am very frustrated at what I got back. Never again.
