I've been with Geolink for about 10 years, across 5 different warehouses from City of Industry to Redlands, CA. We run a logistics company and need fast, reliable internet with a static IP address. Here's why we picked Geolink: 1) Their installers are professional and know exactly what they're doing. The setup is always smooth and stress-free. 2) Their service is reliable. In the past 10 years, the internet only went down once-and that was during a windy day back when we were in Rancho Cucamonga. 3) The internet speed is always fast and stable. 4) Their tech support is helpful and easy to reach when we need them. Two of the most impressive aspects of my GeoLinks experience has been their responsiveness and flexibility. When other carriers could not provide service or responded with an overwhelming amount of red tape and delays, GeoLinks has been super quick with quotes, site surveys and installations. I can't say enough about this company and how valuable they've been, to me and my clients.

It's been 2 years since we started with GeoLinks and our connectivity is still going strong! For the type of solution we needed and for it's location we found the pricing to be commiserate, you get what you pay for after all right? We are Very Satisfied with our solution and the built in redundancy gives us an added sense of security knowing that our downtime will be very minimal. In the 2 years since adopting this server our up time has been beyond 99.999%, by comparison, my own personal Cable company connection has gone down multiple times....just this month...yeah. Great Job GeoLinks!!

My office has always been around train tracks, and normally that always messes with our internet speed, but ever since we switched to satellite with GeoLinks, that no longer became an issue. Their customer service is great. If we encounter any technical issues, they respond right away. Other than that, the speed is consistent of what we pay for.
