I've known Paul for a while, but I did not have a need for his outstanding services and capabilities until recently. I was experiencing a very thorny problem with Outlook 2007, and Paul corrected everything -- along with coming to my office to run some diagnostics, and dropping off my laptop following the repair. In between, Paul was extremely responsive, communicative, and professional, and always took the time to fully explain what he was working on and why that needed to be done. Overall, I am very pleased with Computer Whiz On Call, and I highly recommend Paul to handle any IT issues you may be experiencing. He WILL get the job done...fast and cost effectively.

Paul has been helping me with my computer for the last 5 years and he has been very reliable, professional and patient. He is on time and always returns my calls the same day. Today he came to my house and fixed my printer problem without charging me. He is pleasant in working with me and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with their computers. I am 87 years old and I totally trust Paul to help me with all of my computer issues.

Great service! I needed my printer serviced to print once again and to also be moved to another location . Paul provided the cable and was able to change from remote to connected. I was also helped with computer "Word" issues such as using subscripts and also with cleaning up my Desktop. Wonderful feeling to be able to work and print once again. Paul was friendly, trustworthy and easy to understand . Excellent services!

My husband and I are fairly new to the area, and had to find a good computer tech recently. We are so pleased we called Computer Whiz On Call. Paul is a great guy that is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him, and give him an A+ in customer service and cost. He answers his phone every time you call. I would do business with him again in a heartbeat.

After a different company was giving me the run around, telling me "tomorrow" they would come to fix my printer, and tomorrow never came (I waited over 4 days) I gave Paul a call. He promptly returned my call and got my printer up and running again before the other company even called to tell me when they might show up (or put me off until tomorrow, again). I'm so glad I called and got my office printer working without any further frustration of wondering when someone might come. Paul was prompt, professional, courteous, and most importantly, he got the job done.
