I contacted Ubisec because our office needed immediate assistance with a firewall installation. After calling other local businesses with either poor costumer service or lack of response, I found Ubisec and quickly got in touch with Steve. He heard my concerns and was extremely helpful in coordinating an appointment for a technician to come on site and assess our situation. Austin showed up and provided exceptional client service and went above and beyond. Eddie was also very instrumental in making sure that we were taken care of and that everything went according to plan. Everyone I came in contact with from Ubisec was phenomenal and extremely professional and knowledgeable. Our office was in a pinch and they truly saved the day!
