Nathan was super nice! We came in because the power supply for my computer wasn't working. They tested it happily, and showed us exactly what was wrong and why it wasn't working. They hooked us up with a new power supply! They were really friendly, thorough, and ready to help.

I cannot recommend Elite Computers highly enough! This is a family-owned business that truly deserves all the support. It's rare to find a shop that combines expertise, honesty, and such outstanding customer service. I went in to have my GPU swapped out, and not only was the service incredibly fast and efficient, but the experience was absolutely top-notch from start to finish. Nathan was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient, even offering some much appreciated free computer wisdom. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and ensuring they leave with a system that runs optimally. I will absolutely be coming back for my future upgrades or any computer needs I have. If you're looking for a place you can count on, you should stop by too!

Stopped in because my laptop would not turn on. Was greeted by the owner with a friendly welcome when I walked in. He looked at the laptop and saw it was a few months new. He recommended some general advice on how to care for the laptop and also recommended I first speak with the manufacturer about their warranty before fixing it on my own. Great advice and experience. I would definitely come again for electronics support.

I called this place asking how much they would take for a monitor, dude who answered was hella cool great customer service. I don't know if the "manager/boss" knew I could hear him in the background, but I could, and he was rude to his employee trying to get him to be rude to me but he kept it nice and professional and was super nice and cool about declining.
