Excellent customer service and care! We didn't think we'd have much luck getting our phone fixed on a holiday, but JT gave us a call and had us come in. He was able to get the phone fixed in no time at all. Great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy place for electronic repairs.

JT was quick to respond to our inquiries and very accommodating with a phone screen failure due to an accidental drop. His pricing was more than fair and he had it completed in less than two hours. His work is warrantied and done to factory standards, which was not the case with the phone previously, and very likely the reason the screen failure occurred. We are very happy with his service.

My name is Karen DeVos and yesterday (5/29/2025) all my computer problems were solved by j! When I arrived at Big bear, my computer was not working and when I contacted him, he had me bring it in. By nightfall, my computer was in great shape, thanks to his doing a thorough, much needed cleaning! ðŸ§1⁄4 He was very helpful in showing me what things I need to know to keep my computer in top shape--something I really had not done! People in Big Bear are lucky to have such an efficient and kind computer specialist
