Our expereince at Garces Memorial High School has been great with Bakersfield Net. They are our IT support and established and maintain/update our website for us. They maintain/update our servers and provide most of our technical needs. They estalished a ticketing process for us that makes it easy to submit IT requests. Their response time is normally same day and issues are quickly resolved. Their customer service is excellent. Brian, William, and Christian are often on our campus and are great to work with - very professional and very knowledgable.
