First time being here and honestly one of the best experiences. My pc had some corruption. This place is not like any other technician just shooing you off and no information. He walks you through the issue. Diagnosed within 24hrs, and after fixing it he saw my Widows was installed on my slowest SSD and helped me swap it free of charge. Honestly a great business, great vibe, and amazing service. 10/10 would recommend to anyone trying to get their PC fixed. Treating my PC like its their own.

The owner was extremely helpful even with complex issues involving a server PC build. Offered a quick impromptu service and got back to us quickly. Tested an expensive card in a timely manner and was professional and helpful! Office space and atmosphere was also friendly and he gave us good advice on our build! Highly recommend.

10/10 experience! I called MediaVision very stressed out because my MacBook screen had stopped working. They reassured me that they could get the job done within a few days. In a very timely manner, they ordered the needed part, my laptop was repaired, and it looked good as new. Out of all the shops I contacted, MediaVision gave me the most optimal pricing. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the repair. Something that really stood out to me aside from the timeliness is the professionalism and respect that MediaVision treated me with. Highly recommend this place for any of your tech/computer needs!

LOVE THIS PLACE did amazing work, and super fast delivery. I had came in because my computer completely stopped working I had no idea what was wrong with it. Wouldn't even open into windows. Not only did he check it out complete free but he gave me a very detailed estimate on what my computer needed. Very very helpful would 100% recommend

I recently dropped my MacBook and the screen was shattered, after shopping around I brought it here and I was guaranteed original parts and they had a FAST turnaround. Dropping off my device was easy and quick and I knew I left my laptop in excellent hands especially because my laptop is how I earn a living. I received a text update to pick up my repaired device, I stopped by and it was ready for me and payment was so easy. I am so grateful to have found this hidden gem because he can even update storage and hardware so I'll def need some upgrades so I will be a returning customer and will rexommend this place to all my friends and family.
