I called Heroware because my computer was acting slow and i thought i might have to buy a new one. I talked to them for a few minutes and they actually just recommended doing a few upgrades to my current desktop. They sent me a few amazon links to order items and i ordered them myself and they did the installation of the new parts. My computer feels brand new now!! So glad i was able to save money and keep my current computer. Juan was super helpful and easy to talk to. I will be reaching out soon for their cloud back up service. Deff recommend them!
